In case we are not able to identify suitable candidates, we post the vacancy on our Website, with online advertisers and targeted trade press.
- Conduct telephonic interview with suitable candidates to assess their availability, interest, salary expectations etc. The interested candidates are then briefed about the job role, technical requirements, project objectives, culture of the organization and key stakeholders involved.
- Schedule written tests (where necessary) and interviews with the short-listed candidates to help the client make the final selection.

- Analyze in detail candidate's track record, including reference check to know their credibility and professionalism.
- Give presentation of short-listed candidates' CVs and references to the client.
In case the client gives the responsibility of the final selection to us, the candidate is interviewed by our HR executives and experts from the respective field.
